Cebolla que no se repite

Una buena forma de poder comer cebollas crudas, evitando pasar por el desagradable proceso de repetirlas, es cortándolas en rodajas fina, colocarlas en un bol y cubrirlas con agua hirviendo, taparlas y dejarlas unos 5 minutos. Luego escurrirlas y sumergirlas en agua fría volverlas a escurrir y ya están prontas para consumir.
