Puedes provar de afilar las tijeras con el cuello de una botella de cristal. Tienes que hacer movimiento como si la quisieras cortar y verás como se te afilan.

Parece ser que también es una buena solución cortar papel de aluminio con las tijeras que quieres afilar.
